<p><strong>The most importants are:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Carotenoids</strong>: beta-carotene, lutein and lycopene. They protect against the attacks by radicals. Carotenoids are pigments responsible for the color of many red, green, yellow, orange and found in fruits and vegetables.</p>
